ASIC Change of Directors
ASIC Change of Directors is a requirement for companies to maintain accurate records of their directors and notify ASIC of any changes to their directorship information. If you are registered for online access, we can help you navigate to the correct form using the left-hand menu and once you have logged in, select “Start New Form”. This must include all of your company details, as well as for each director, their residential address, and the cessation date.
